1. Program Scope & Zero Monetary Value
Sponsored Seats provide access to inocean POS at $0/month software subscription cost. The sponsored quota has zero cash redemption value, cannot be transferred, sold, subleased, or exchanged for monetary refunds or hardware credits.
2. Business Referral Requirement for Business Tier
Applicants for the BUSINESS Sponsored Plan must be recommended by an existing verified partner, restaurant owner, or accredited community referrer. Maginut Inc. reserves the right to verify referrer authenticity prior to provisioning dedicated cloud instances.
3. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate Quotas
Maginut Inc. reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to modify program criteria, suspend inactive accounts (defined as 60+ consecutive days without POS transaction activity), or revoke sponsored status upon 14 days written notice. Merchants may export their business and menu data at any time.
4. Complete Absence of Monetary Liability for Free Tier
FOR SPONSORED SEATS OFFERED AT $0/MONTH, MAGINUT INC. PROVIDES NO UPTIME SLA GUARANTEES OR FINANCIAL REMUNERATION FOR DISRUPTIONS. MAGINUT INC.'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SPONSORED SEATS SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO CANADIAN DOLLARS ($0.00 CAD).
