1. Lawful Commercial Use
inocean POS may only be used for legitimate, lawful commercial purposes in compliance with all municipal, state/provincial, and federal laws regarding food service, alcoholic beverage service, and retail commerce.
2. Prohibited Security Activities
Merchants and users must not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the inocean POS software; (b) launch automated stress tests, DDoS, or scraping bots against iecsp.com APIs; (c) attempt to bypass authentication barriers, Google reCAPTCHA verification, or privilege boundaries.
3. Tax & Regulatory Accuracy
Merchant is solely responsible for configuring appropriate local sales tax rates (e.g. GST/PST/HST in Canada, State & Local Sales Tax in the US) and verifying receipt fiscal compliance in their operating jurisdiction. Maginut Inc. provides calculation engines but does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
