Sponsored Program Terms

Maginut may provide limited businesses with free or subsidized access to Inocean under the Inocean Sponsored Program.

1. Purpose

The Sponsored Program is intended to assist eligible small businesses, newly established businesses and businesses experiencing financial difficulties while allowing Maginut to receive real-world product feedback.

2. Eligibility

Sponsored access is limited and subject to application and approval.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Maginut may consider factors including:

business size;
operating status;
financial circumstances;
business type;
location;
willingness to provide product feedback; and
availability of sponsored places.

3. Starter Sponsored Access

The Starter plan may include up to six sponsored places per calendar year.

Approved participants may receive:

no-cost software access;
free initial deployment;
shared low-resource cloud hosting;
documentation-based support.

There is no predetermined expiration date for an approved sponsored place, unless otherwise communicated or agreed.

4. Business Sponsored Access

The Business plan may include up to two sponsored places per calendar year.

Applicants may be required to provide a referral and additional information regarding their business circumstances.

Approved participants may receive:

no-cost software access;
dedicated low-resource cloud hosting;
free initial deployment;
standard technical support during the published support hours.

5. No Guaranteed Continuation

Sponsored access is a discretionary program.

Maginut may modify, suspend or discontinue the Sponsored Program in the future.

Where reasonably practicable, Maginut will provide advance notice to affected participants.

Sponsored participants receive the Services at no software subscription charge.

Sponsored status does not create a warranty or guarantee of uninterrupted service.
